WCSLIB is a C library, supplied with a full set of Fortran wrappers, that implements the "World Coordinate System" (WCS) standard in FITS (Flexible Image Transport System). This package contains the utility programs fitshdr, wcsware, HPXcvt, and wcsgrid that are included in wcslib.
